Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We ship all orders using tracked delivery via Royal Mail.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times

Royal Mail Tracked 48: usually delivered within 2 working days

Royal Mail Tracked 24: usually delivered within 1 working day

Please note these are estimates and delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
Postage Codes / Labels

All postage labels are printed via Shopify + Royal Mail Click & Drop and securely attached to each package.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate — we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Damaged Parcels

All parcels are sent with tracking to protect both you and us.

Once your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

Photos of the product (if damaged)

Parcels confirmed as lost by the courier will be replaced or refunded.

We cannot issue refunds for parcels marked as successfully delivered.

Parcels may arrive slightly crushed or scuffed due to courier handling — this does not constitute damage or a fault.
