Shipping & Delivery

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Services

  • We ship all orders using tracked delivery via Royal Mail.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: usually delivered within 2 working days

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: usually delivered within 1 working day

  • Please note these are estimates and delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

Postage Codes / Labels

  • All postage labels are printed via Shopify + Royal Mail Click & Drop and securely attached to each package.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate — we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • All parcels are sent with tracking to protect both you and us.

  • Once your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

    • Photos of the product (if damaged)

  • Parcels confirmed as lost by the courier will be replaced or refunded.

  • We cannot issue refunds for parcels marked as successfully delivered.

Additional Notes

  • All products are carefully packed to prevent damage in transit.

  • Parcels may arrive slightly crushed or scuffed due to courier handling — this does not constitute damage or a fault.
